Terms & conditions
All vehicles and equipment are sold under the terms shown on the listing and invoice. Buyers should review all information and request an inspection before purchase.
1. Scope
These terms govern website use, enquiries, bids and purchase requests for vehicles, motorhomes and equipment. A specific transaction is also governed by its listing, the released sales agreement, invoice and any written amendment accepted by both parties.
2. Listing information
Photographs, descriptions, mileage, operating hours, condition and accessories are presented from the records available. Buyers must review the information and may request additional documents, video or an inspection before making a binding commitment.
3. Bids and purchase requests
A Buy Now request is reviewed first and does not by itself complete a purchase. A winning bid may represent a binding purchase intention under the published auction terms. A sales agreement is concluded after verification and acceptance of the released contract.
4. Buyer verification
The buyer must provide complete and accurate identity, contact and, where applicable, company information. The seller may request further evidence or reject a transaction when information is incomplete, inconsistent or cannot be verified.
5. Price, VAT and delivery
The public asking price is the final item price including the VAT shown in the settings. The net item value is displayed separately. Final treatment of a company purchase depends on verified VAT information and applicable law. Selected delivery charges are shown separately and are not subject to VAT.
6. Contract, invoice and payment
The agreement is released before the invoice and is signed electronically. Bank details are authoritative only when they appear both on the released invoice and on the private transaction page. Transfers must include the exact reference and are complete only after cleared funds are confirmed.
7. Handover, inspection and claims
Collection or delivery follows the option recorded with the order. The buyer must inspect the item at handover and promptly document visible transport damage or discrepancies in writing. Mandatory consumer and defect rights remain unaffected.
8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
A non-binding request may be withdrawn before the agreement is signed. After signature or payment, the agreement, published cancellation terms and mandatory law apply. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payer after required documents and, where applicable, the item have been returned and inspected.
9. Security and liability
Buyers must not transfer funds to an account that is absent from the authorised transaction documents. Indirect loss is subject to the contractual and legally permitted liability limitations. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
