Booking data & privacy
Information about the booking inquiry functions on this website.
Information in your inquiry
When you send an inquiry, the website records your name, email address, phone number, chosen property, dates, number of guests, service selection, message, submission time and IP address. The server calculates the quoted price and deposit using the published tariff.
Storage and notifications
Inquiries are saved on the website operator’s server and are available through the authenticated administration area. If configured by the operator, inquiry notifications are delivered through email and Telegram. The operator controls the hosting, notification accounts and retention of records.
Browser and external services
Administration uses a session cookie to keep the administrator signed in. Public pages may load third-party content, including map embeds and Google measurement scripts already included in the website. Those services may receive connection information according to their own policies.
Questions about your information
Contact contact@alpine-retreats.com or use WhatsApp support for questions about an inquiry, corrections, access or deletion. The operator will review your request.
Booking agreements, invoices and messages
An identity document is required to submit a booking request and is stored in restricted private storage for administrator verification. It is not attached to notification emails. Your billing or home address and country may be collected to identify the contracting guest and prepare booking agreements and payment documents. PDFs, delivery status and transactional messages are stored privately on the operator’s server. Documents may be sent to the guest by email; configured administrative notifications may be sent to the operator by email or Telegram. These details are used to process the booking and meet applicable contractual and accounting duties, not to infer payment or signature automatically.
If you choose online signing, your drawn signature, explicit consent, acceptance time, agreement reference, IP address and browser details are recorded privately to evidence the acceptance. A completed copy is sent by email. Signing does not verify identity through a qualified certificate or confirm a payment. Issued documents retain a snapshot of the details used at issue. Retention and any restriction on deletion follow the operator’s applicable legal duties. The local security-code image uses temporary, expiring verification records and does not require Google services.
